How to book your pet sitter with Home and Pet Sitters 4U for your business trip or your holiday away. Telephone or email for personal attention or use the enquiry form.
Once we have discussed your requirements we will e-mail or send you an information for clients, check list and an off lead disclaimer.
Once you are happy with your quotation, we will send or e-mail you a completed booking form with the details of your pets.
On receipt of your booking fee, confirm your assignment, then select the most suitable sitter for your pets/animals.
We will telephone or e-mail you to advise which one of our trusted team will be home sitting for you, giving you some background information on your sitter.
HAPS4U will be in touch nearer your assignment to arrange for the sitter to come on your pre visit, this enables you to go through your completed check list and explain everything, this is very important.
Also go on the walk that you like your dogs to be taken on.
If you require your dog/dogs to be let off the lead, we ask all clients to sign and return the off lead disclaimer.
The balance of the assignment fee is payable on completion of the assignment directly to your sitter. If you are not going to see the sitter please make arrangements to pay the sitter before.
You will need to complete the check list with as much detail as possible about your pets, animals and property for our sitter. This information is vital to make sure everything runs smoothly and you would have the knowledge that the sitter has all the detail they need for an efficient and happy home.
Once the assignment has begun we will telephone our sitter to check all is well. Our aim is to monitor that your pets and animals are kept in the same routine, and for you to have peace of mind while you are away.
Should you be delayed for any reason, a sitter will remain at the property until you return.
